Your account information
Please take care when entering "name" and “address” information. The name entered should be exactly as it appears on your credit card (ie, middle initial if applicable should be entered with the first name).  Your billing address must be the address that is on file with your credit card company.
We will ship the product to the shipping address you enter. Please make sure it is correct. Costs to redirect or return the shipment because of incorrect information are your responsibility.
Shipments to your billing address will be processed automatically. Shipments to an address other than your billing address will require an additional authorization step.  This action is required to reduce credit card fraud.

Shipping
We have contracted with UPS to handle all US domestic shipments and with FedEx to handle all international shipments. You can select other methods of shipment but please be aware that additional fees may be applied and will be stated during the checkout process.
Orders will be shipped via the method selected on your order form. Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight using the shipment method you select.
Customers requesting UPS C.O.D. shipment should be aware that a charge of $ 15.00 will be added to the order.
The UPS ground shipment and handling charges for a single keyboard is approximately $11.00 to $25.00 to most locations within the continental USA.
Orders for in-stock products received by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day; orders received after noon EST will ship the next business day.
Orders for non-stock and custom configured products will typically ship in 2 to 5 days.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If there is a problem with the keyboard you have selected, you may return the keyboard within 30 days of the invoice date for a complete refund of the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. Your refund is contingent on the keyboard being returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
Please note that keyboard parts, buttons, and cables are non-returnable.
For a return of a standard product without any manufacturer’s defects within the 30-day period, there is a $5.00 fee to cover the cost of testing, re-packaging and returning the keyboard to inventory.
For a return of a product purchased using any of the Keyboard Configuration Tool options or Customization Fee, there is a $45.00 fee to cover the cost of remanufacturing the product into a standard product.

Return Procedure
Submit a Support Ticket for an RMA number by completing the information on the PC Keyboard Help Desk located here. Please include the following information: What you are requesting; a description of the problem; order number, part number; and serial number. It is also helpful to upload a picture of our label on the bottom of the keyboard and any relevant pictures supporting your description of the problem.
Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will send you an RMA number and instructions for your return. Your RMA shipment must have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package and include a copy of the RMA request form.
If not purchased directly from our online store, please contact your retailer for their RMA procedure.

International Sales
Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. The freight carrier will collect those at the time the product is delivered to you. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand what these fees will be.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all purchases shipped to a location within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Sales tax for other ship-to locations is the responsibility of the Buyer.

US Warranty
Unicomp warrants that the product is manufactured from new, or new and reconditioned parts that perform like new parts; is defect free in workmanship and materials; conforms to Unicomp’s operating specifications and is in good working order. The warranty period is twelve months from date of original purchase. The warranty is fully transferable during the warranty period.

Warranty Service
If the product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, return it postage prepaid* to Unicomp for repair or replacement free of charge. Submit a Support Request for an RMA number as described in the Return Procedure above. Should Unicomp determine that product exchange is required, the product replaced becomes the sole property of Unicomp. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product. Replacement is not available for products that are defaced, altered, in need of repair not included within warranty service specifications, or damaged beyond repair. Also, any product must be free of any contracts or legal obligations that would prevent or limit its exchange.

Extent of Warranty
Warranty service excludes repair of defects caused by misuse, accident, modification, improper operating environment, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a product for which Unicomp is not responsible. ALL EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THIS PERIOD.

Limitation of Liability
The ONLY solution under this Statement is set forth in this section. You may recover actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the limit set forth in the following paragraph concerning the performance or nonperformance of this product. Unicomp’s liability for actual damages from any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid for the keyboard which caused the damages. In no event will Unicomp be liable for damages caused by your failure to fulfill your responsibilities under this Statement of Limited Warranty. In no event will Unicomp be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic consequential damages. This is true even if you advise Unicomp or a reseller of the possibility of such damages. Unicomp is not liable for any claim by you based on a third party claim.

Additional Rights
Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If such laws are applicable, the provisions contained within this statement may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. Additional rights may also apply and vary from state to state.

*It is the end-users responsibility to pay the cost of shipping to and from the repair facility; however, Unicomp will pay the ground shipping cost to return the repaired keyboard within the United States.
